Incumbent Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has a slight 49.86 percent to 44.38 percent lead over his challenger Kemal Kilicdaroglu with 90% of the votes counted. With neither candidate eclipsing the 50-percent mark, a May 28 runoff election is looking probable.
