North Korea suspends military accord with South after satellite launch
Pyongyang said Wednesday it was suspending a half-decade-old accord reached with Seoul to reduce military tensions, the latest retaliatory fallout over North Korea's spy satellite launch. The South had decided earlier to partially suspend the 2018 deal.
