On October 7, the 23 members of the Weissmann family escaped the Hamas massacre in their farming village of Netiv Haasara. Since then, they have found refuge near Tel Aviv. This is a further exile for this clan founded by two children of former deportees who came from France at the end of the 1950s to farm a land safe from persecution.
